Great Item from a Great Company! I bought my Sphero straight from Orbotix at launch. I had it for a year and a half and loved it. Then one day it just stopped working and I was sad. I went on the Orbotix website and tried all of their troubleshooting tips, to no avail. As a last resort I contacted customer support. I knew it was well out of warranty but hoped they knew a trick I hadn’t tried, or at the very least could fix it at a cost to me. Once I explained my issue and told them how old it was, they issued me an RMA number and had me ship it to them to see if they could repair it. I received an email the same day that they received my Sphero. I was told that it was unrepairable and that it had gone to Sphero heaven. Again, I was sad. But then the very next line of the email put a smile on my face and restored my hope in humanity and good customer service. I was told that they were rush shipping me a replacement Sphero, that I would have it on my doorstep within 2 days, and that it was at no cost to me. Now that’s…
